Aussie Peptides closed for good at 11:59pm on Tuesday 20 October 2026. Its website now shows an "Our store has closed" notice and takes no new orders, after a 40% off closing-down sale across its whole range. The owner has told us the TGA shut the business down. The store's own site gives no reason.
As at 22 October 2026, the store no longer accepts orders. It closed at 11:59pm on 20 October, and the closure notice says existing orders are unaffected and will still be fulfilled.
According to the owner, yes. They have told us the TGA shut the business down over a breach of its rules. The store's own notice does not say this, and we could not find a public TGA announcement naming the business, so this is the owner's account rather than a published finding.
The wider position is on the record. In June 2026 the TGA made unapproved peptides an enforcement priority. It said responses could include product seizures, infringement notices, and civil or criminal penalties where appropriate.
It means more scrutiny of how peptides are described, sold and imported. The points that matter most:
For the detail, see are research peptides legal in Australia and peptide customs seizures in Australia.
Keep the order confirmation and any tracking email. Use the contact details on the closure notice for questions, and do not assume a refund is available. If an order has not arrived within the delivery window quoted at checkout, raise it with the business first and your card issuer second.
A supplier that can show its paperwork is easier to assess than one that cannot. The table sets out what to look for.

|---|---|
| Batch certificate of analysis | Issued per batch, from an independent lab, with the lab named |
| Purity method | HPLC trace shown, not just a percentage |
| Business details | A named business with a working contact route |
| Regulatory statements | No claim that a compound is unscheduled because of its label |
| Order policy | Clear terms for delays, returns and stock changes |
