30 days to return unopened products. Damaged or incorrect orders replaced free.

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Opened Products

Due to the nature of research chemicals, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned — once a vial's seal is broken, its integrity can no longer be verified.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost to you — you do not pay the cost of return in these cases.

Cost of Return

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service — items lost in return transit cannot be refunded.

How to start a return
