CJC-1295 with DAC is a modified analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), supplied here on its own rather than blended with a GHRP. The Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) modification covalently binds the peptide to serum albumin after administration, which greatly extends its circulating half-life relative to native GHRH or to CJC-1295 without DAC (sometimes sold as Mod GRF 1-29).
