CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin is a synergistic research blend combining two complementary growth hormone secretagogues. CJC-1295 (with DAC) is a modified GHRH analogue with an extended half-life achieved via Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) technology that covalently binds to serum albumin, greatly prolonging its circulating half-life relative to native GHRH. Ipamorelin is a selective third-generation GHRP that mimics ghrelin at the GHS-R1a receptor without significantly elevating cortisol or prolactin at research-relevant concentrations.
Together, they act on distinct but complementary receptor pathways — CJC-1295 stimulates the GHRH receptor while Ipamorelin activates the ghrelin/GHS-R1a receptor — to amplify pulsatile GH release beyond what either compound achieves alone.
